ALMOST THERE

It seems like it was yesterday that I walk into the doors of BCC. Can't wait to get out of this college prep classes( no offense) but I want to move onto bigger and better things. Like I said from the start my goal is to become that R.N.

FEAR OF DEATH

A moment in my life when I felt an overwhelming fear was when my grandfather died. Death really never matter to being that I was young but during my teen years he played a big factor in my life. My grandfather told me the do's and don't of living life & the ups and down that will most likely come when living this life. When he found out that he had cancer his body, and daily functions shut down withing the next 48 hours. Once he died the fear of me dying aroused over me. This was feeling I never had before ; i began shaking , thinking more negatives than positives. felt parnoia 24 hours a day. This feeling wasn't a good feeling believe me.

FAMILY

Coming home to my family is the best feeling in the world.There is nothing like family; there is not a time I don't speak or do my family. I could remeber when i use to go to work ; once i walked into the room my son screamed "MAMA MAMA" the feeling that came on to me became so natural. I am also grateful for being able to have the chance to wake up next to my son and also have fun with my family . Without my family I have nothing...................................

My Fear

Sometimes I wonder what I am really scared of anything ....................................
I hear many people say that they are scared of many things such as death,rats,roaches,certain kind of people. But the one that stands out the most for me is dying with out making a impact on someone life. I feel that everyone is on earth for their own purpose; as for me I feel that I have the ability to make an impact on someones life whether it is a difference in financial abilities ,health issues,etc.

I can't believe this semester is going to be over pretty soon. It seem like just yesterday i walked into BCC as a first year college student. I hope to accomplish all my requirements to get out of these prep classes(no offense). Although I wanted to get out of these classes I feel that I have learn things out of my ENC 1101 class that I really did forget. Thanksgiving is coming soon can't wait to spend time with my family......................
